Ok, I figure I would start a thread on Adam Monroe, to see if people have theories about him. Someone said he is Kensai in the future. Anyone have any other idea? It appears Monroe is the one targeting the company executives, as he is named by Mohinder as a problem.

In the house in Montreal, there was a Whitebeard flag . Does that mean Adam Monroe is Whitebeard or Kensei? or is it just a house with old stuff in it

Whitebeard would have to be immortal for that, or did Hiro teleport him into modern times and help change his name?

Or Kensei might have taken the flag as a conquest. And Hiro brought him into the future....

No, it's Monroe, Google and you are incorrect. And I'm sure because I'm looking at the scene right now.

Heh! It seems to google both ways. So I looked at the episode and you are correct, the file clearly says Monroe. I think the confusion might come from a game where the name was first revealed because there sure are a heck of a lot of sites consistently spelling it Munroe.

Rich Hutnik!

Definately Kensei: Over the door is the symbol we now know to be Kensei's, that is, he used it first. In the room is the Whitebeard flag, memorabilia for Kensei. Adam is killing the 12 and announcing his intentions with the Kensei symbol. (Maury Parkman isn't killing the 12, he was afraid of being killed.) The note to Peter says the Company has to be stopped. Kensei is the killer.

Somewhat more subjectively, I felt Kensei is a dangerous and unethical man. He uses others and is very, very, self-involved. It would be consistent for him to be a criminal or in some serious way, a bad

Is it entirely possible here that the fact that Hiro popping in the past screwed up a path that would of resulted in Kensai naturally finding out he was immortal and the legend would of came to pass? But, because he ended up meddling, this got screwed up, which resulted in Kensei becoming warped. And all of a sudden decides to start offing the 12, when prior to Hiro showing up, Kensei wouldn't of changed like he did?
