Actually, just before Sylar says that: Sylar says 'You mean none of this is real?' while he is staring at Candice's boobs. He doesn't control his animal drives well, does he. Comes with being a murderer. Or maybe just a dollop of life, contributed by the actor. We'll see how he plays Spock.
Did you notice the ticking clock overdub as he killed Candice? I wish he'd just be happy with seeing how mechanisms work and thereby being able to fix them. He could do a lot of good with just that. Too bad he's nuts. I wonder if Peter has absorbed that talent from Sylar, along with DL's phasing, telekinesis and heaven knows what else. Really, he should have all of Sylar's acquired talents.
Now that Sylar has eaten Candice's genetic mutation code, he'll presumedly gain that talent and regain his other abilities, too, since Sylar and Peter both suffered near-death events and Peter is regaining his.
That Sylar now will have Candice's sense-state induction suggests that the future we saw with Hiro and future-Hiro may come to pass, notwithstanding that Peter did not (yet!) destroy New York. Certainly Peter is now on his way to being a heavy, though we have yet to see how he could retain such a nasty scar as he had on his face, especially since his body heals itself of tattoos.
Concerning the debate over whether multiple talents can be manifest simultaneously, we saw Peter simultaneously hold that guy up via TK and his chest heal.
Interesting that in the painting of dead Noah, the man Claire is clutching in anguish is unidentifiable. His hands indicate he is a man and he's a lot taller than Claire. Is it West?
Is the high school's bio teacher Tim Kring? I looked up some photos of him...could be.

At some point during Season 1 the writers explicitly stated that Peter absorbed *all* of Sylar's powers whenever the two were near each other. For example, that's where he picked up telekenesis. This means he would have to also possess Sylar's intuitive understanding power as well.
That may explain how he's so easily able to use all his powers without having any memory of them. He just 'knows' how his powers work when he needs to.

If you go back and look at the painting, Claire is KISSING the man she is clutching, presumably her new boyfriend. Her state seems to indicate that she has no concern for her father laying dead nearby, which could be understood to mean she was complicit in if not directly responsible for HRG's death.

Allen! Then, the debate now is whether more than one ability can be voluntarily expressed?
You may be right. What the guy and girl are doing is ambiguous. I don't think they're kissing but the girl is not looking at the corpse, either. With her eyes closed like that, she could be unconcerned or in emotional pain. I was judging by the tension in the tendons of their hands and by the offset of their mouths that they weren't
