Anybody Else Bored?

Heroes used to be one of the few shows I actually watched without doing anything else. This season I've found myself bored enough that I'm multi-tasking through it. A weak show here and there I can understand but SEVEN?? If they can't pull something great out before the end of sweeps I might be done with this season.

You could just stop now and save yourself the pain. I'm not alone in finding it interesting enough. You're different.

Much like the case with the Star Wars Prequles, I think some people had overly high expectations on this season. I thought the plague twins story was slow, thoguht it would pick up once Sylar crossed their path, but nothing still. Maybe when the 3 of them meet the main action, but it's taking too long there. Outside of that, I've enjoyed this season, and it would seem a great number of fans have thought these last 3 episodes finally picked things up.

SPOILOERES

I thought it was very good. I loved seeing Angela smile in joy at having her son back. That was a great scene. I loved Matt bringing Molly back. I thought Molly should have been a lot more strung-out, though. They should have roughed her mind up a lot more.

Maury got a good comeuppance. Nicely done, not at all overstated or overwrought. The house he left is his nightmare. How true. Very human. Nicely done. And Matt is able to grow up on the wings of his father's harm. Very nicely done.

Bob is well portrayed as a complicated person, being able to state what is what, while Mohinder is crafted as a young man, wishing to be clear about moral actions and looking to an elder for guidance. I find no moral fault with Mohinder for spilling the beans to Bob, especially after he learns Noah is likely a killer. (Definitely a bad move for Noah. Don't be anxious to solve problems with violence.) Is he too naive? Yes, but he is a young man.

Nice to see Kinsei exposed as a really evil guy.

Hiro's lost love. The heart he cut out was his own in leaving his princess.

What did you find so weak about this one? It had action, it had FX, it furthered the plot, it had human transcendence.

No not at all, the story lines are finally moving I'm finally looking forward to the next episode, if they keep moving forward.

Actually I've found just the opposite. I absolutely cannot multi-task this season because I can't understand Japanese and I have to read those danged subtitles. Of course, if you understand Japanese I completely understand what you're saying. This season has been a little boring, not to mention all to predictable (but that's partly my fault for reading everyone's theories on the show!)

Alas this volume will soon end, strike or not, and then they'll probably start all over with the introduction of new people at a new snails pace

Well from an earlier post it seems Kring (I think that's his name) realizes the issues with this volume and says the next volume will be more like season one. I sure hope so anyway.
