Have you seen Kill Bill II? Budd (Michael Madsen) is a stone cold killer, sure, but he accepts humiliation from his wretched boss. Tarantino was expert in creating that tension. I was hoping Budd would break that guy into pieces, but he never did. In fact, he proved to be a sap and ineffectual, too.
Not so Noah Bennet, who endures as much as he can manage but decides, finally, in favor of his personal mental health and his dignity. It was a pleasure for me, though a simplistic one, to experience that bully being crushed. Way to go, Noah. Nevertheless, Tarantino directed a somewhat more complex character.
In RL, Noah would likely be fired, eventually, once the bully reinflates himself. Noah is just going to have to kill him, or, at least torture him or Haitian him. Yeah, turn him into a vegetable.

We haven't seen the Haitian much lately. I think the last time was when Claire ran from him, only to find him again at Peter's door.
Maybe the show's producers hope we will forget about him.
The work situation Mr. Bennett finds himself in reminds me of the treatment Mr. Incredible's boss got in the animated movie. By comparison, Noah's boss got off easy. This episode does show reasonably the pain the Heroes feel while trying to be normalonce they know they are not. Even Mr. Muggles seems to be struggling. Poor Mr. Muggles, still no first name yet.

I still think Mr. Muggles is the bad guy who is worse than Sylar. He's the Evil Mastermind (tm) behind it all.

When you can only afford two good ideas per season, you use it on as many shows as possible.
At least Chuck has a hot blond prancing around in her undewear (twice in one episode). Even if she does have beaver teeth.
