help me out please

i was just reviewing last weeks episode, and in the previews there was an incident when nathan's mom starts screaming while she's crouched on the floor and there is a crash of glass,,, and nathan runs in to calm her.

i do not remember this incident. can someone fill me in? thx

I believe that happened in the 2nd episode

when Kaito Nakamura is found dead the police found angella petrelli's fingerprints on the roof so they called her and interrogate her, then she shout into parkman's head GET OUT OF MY HEAD !! When Nathan go to discharge her from jail, suddenly angella begans to shout then parkman and nathan go to find a locked door so the must break the glass to save angela, but she was alone and maybe she was hurting herself.. so nathan runs and calm her.
