My site has manga translations for Masakazu Katsura stories like I's, Zetman, DNA2, Video Girl Ai and Wingman. New scripts are added every week (and that's not an exaggeration).

The entire Marmalade Boy manga has been translated. (very well I might add)
ftp://soyokaze.biosci.ohio-state.edu/pub/mboy-trans/

If you get the translations with the p at the end, you will get full romanjinizations of all words, which are great for people learning japanese.

here are a couple of suggestions of sites with links to translations sites:

1) http://members.tripod.com/~anime_trans/ (not updated anymore)

2) http://www.otakux.com/manga/ (on of the best link sites for manga translations)

BTW, I looked on the site and there were translations for a couple of other series too (Touch!!!). They are VERY VERY VERY well done, with cultural notes... and I seem to recognize some names from long ago, when I was lurking on the mailing list archives from the Mezon Ikkoku mailing list, of guys doing the translations back then.
