Is there a list of which season 1 episodes are on which DVD discs?

there is a little flip book at the bottom that is jst like the DVD set it tells what is on each disc Ep titles, bonus stuff, etc

Thanks, that's what I needed! I didn't watch Heroes from the beginning and didn't want to start in the middle. I rented the first couple of discs through Netflix, started to like it, and have been catching up quick with their 'watch instantly' feature without having to wait for discs. My 'watch instantly' hours for the month will expire before I can finish the first season and I wasn't sure what disc to pick up with. Looks like I can finish the last episode on disc 5 so I'll put 6 and 7 in my queue.
