That depends on you. What do you like better? Hearing the Japanese voices and reading subtitles the whole way through? Or listening to the dialogue in English and taking your chances with the voice acting? If possible, you should rent any video before you buy it, to make sure you know what you're getting, as far as content and quality (story and voice acting, etc).

That notwithstanding, 'Ninja Resurrection' *is* quite good
