Not anything like Ah, Megami Sama. This is the REAL Tenchi. Ryoko is more homicidal, (She nearly trashed Jurai by herself.) Aeka is more Imperial, Sasami is more complex and Washu is downright creepy at times. Also, her inventions WORK. (These include Ryoko and Ryo Ohki.) Then the fun really begins in the last part of the OVA when you meet Tenchi's great grandmother as well as Sasami and Aeka's Mother who are BOTH married to the king of Jurai. (The poor guy.)

Although the comic is supposed to continue from the first half of the OVA series, the Sasami/Tsunami link has come into play several times as well as appearances by the two Queens of Jurai.

But Washuu is also much cuter at times as well. And as for Azusa, I don't suppose anyone forced him to marry. 8)

Any news on a third OAV series yet? Or has that been abandoned
