Questions remain: 1. Did Sylar manage to off the shapeshifter or is that an illusion? 2. Why does Sylan not have his powers? Could it be part of the larger illusion? 3. Where is Sylar now? 4. Why can't Sylar seem to be able to use his powers? Is the Haitan keeping any eye on him? 5. And does the Nightmare entity seeing Molly have anything to do with this?

If it's all an illusion, it would also explain why none of his powers work.
