if matt power is evolving, peter's powers will evolve too?, does he must meet matt for updates ?

They probably won't evolve at the same rate, but if Peter meets Matt and sees what he can do, Peter could replicate it (and vice-versa).

also, the idea that matt could do more with his power was told to him by maury. he was limited because he wasn't aware.
