Sasuga bookstores... are they still alive?

Like the title says, did Sasuga Books just shut down with no warning? I ordered a manga from them over three weeks ago and have yet to hear a reply, and they haven't updated their web page at all since it went up on the new domain. It's hard to say if this means anything because they update their page every five months and never answer their email anyway, even orders... they just ship the order without telling you. (which is kind of annoying... I don't know why they started doing it that way...) But until now, I've been able to rely on Sasuga to get me orders pretty quickly. For them, 3 weeks is a pretty long time. Moreover, their website has a LOT of broken image links on it, and I don't remember them being there before...

Who else here orders from Sasuga? Has anyone had better luck with them, particularly in the last month?

I talked to them on the phone on Saturday, so they're still there. Maybe they're having trouble with their net access. You might try phoning them and asking about the order and the web page.

Yep, that's it. They're having internet troubles.. particularly trouble sending and receiving email. Chances are, they probably HAVE replied to all my orders before... I just didn't receive the replies. I'm begiinning to feel really dumb for not even trying to contact them by phone before. ^.^;;;;;;
