I hope so. The uninteresting thing so far is the way the story has played out. She gets upset, she cries black tears, people die; or she gets upset, cries black tears, people start to die then her brother calms her down. Over, and over, and OVER. It's also ugly and gross, which wouldn't be a problem if they didn't rely on the effect to take the place of plot development. Sorry, but having that image shoved in my face week after week with little variation in the story is not a substitute for entertainment.
I like the other stories as they are developing. I was surprised and saddened when DJ got shot to death... However, that kind of thing does happen sometimes in real life, and has a legitimate if unfortunate place in the story. At least the plot twist kept us (me, at least) guessing. ('Wait, DJ survived? In the present, he's dead, so how'd he end up dying?'
