With a photograph, and Matt's mind reading ability, he should have been able to find his father by himself. He didn't need to be so risky. That was a plot flaw, IMHO.

And just how would he have done that? Walk around Philly flashing the photo, asking questions, and alerting the bad to the fact that he is looking for him? All the while, wasting time - time during which someone else, including the father, could possibly have been killed.
It's much better to take a more direct approach. It's risky, and risks don't always work out.

A few references were used during the time Claire was with the new boy friend. Claire'You kill Me.' How about that he is the same build as the killer. and if you notice he had on the same type of hoodie as the killer had worn the other times.
Or maybe it is Takeo Kensei worn out for being unkillable? We may see soon...
By the way Heros is broadcast at 720 Dpi not 1080P so is the HD disks 720 as well?

That's a long ways to fly without a plane. Kyoto was killed in New York, Claire and Wes are in California.

i think it's better to sacrifice small inconsistencies for good drama.

kaito recognized the killer immediately,,'YOU!', so unless the kid can morph,,,no
i think the writers would be going out of their way to pull surprises in a plot line so full of surprises, that making the kid THE killer would have me shaking my head.

I don't think it was a flaw in the plot, rather, I think is shows a flaw in Matt. He's too precipitous, too impulsive. He definitely should have told Molly to get out of there, to stop, when she said 'he sees me'. He ignored the safety of his charge.

what's the range of matt's mind reading skills?,,,and maybe his dad would be watching sponge bob or focusing on a tasty burger, and not thinking evil thoughts at all.

And focused on the safety of his father.
Who to choose, who to choose? Dad or girl?

It's possible that all the founders know of all 'heroes' alive. Maybe they track them. So it's possible he knew of the kid already.

Ken from Chicago!
You choose the one who's in the most certain danger. The father may not need any help but Molly certainly does.
