1. Looks like Kristen Bell's character (Elle) is a Company Woman, and her daddy gave her the assignment (could Bob be her father?). The characterization was very close to Candice's personality early on.
2. Peter certainly is becoming a lot more unapologetically decadent in Cork.
3. The Monica/Camille interaction in the alley was a page torn from the Niki/Texas Tina interaction last season.
4. So, Matt's father can induce nightmares - and they are apparently the thing that most hurts/scares the individual. In this case, Matt is locked away like the criminal he thinks his dad is. Nathan is locked in the horror of the explosion.
5. I like the phrase 'Muscle Mimic' better than anything other description of Monica's power.
6. Mohinder is getting in just a little too deep with The Company. HRG is right - they're going to rip him apart by 'helping' him.
7. Niki's MPD rears its ugly head again. Either that, or someone is lying to her. It's looking like she does not have The Virus.
Opening Monologue: When confronted by our worst nightmares, the choices are few: fight or flight. We hope to find the strength to stand against our fears. But sometimes, despite ourselves, we run. What if the nightmare gives chase? Where can we hide then?

1...I was think 'company' at first, but later started thinking about yet another interested party.
4...i thought 'personal hell' more than 'nightmare'
6...a totally irrational move, as he should know that this girl is one whom the company would covet MOST....and before you know it he's then convinced the company is holding people(like NIKKI) against their will. clearly taking the girl to the company was purely plot driven.
7...looks like the company might be selectively administering the

Another spoiled, cruel brat on a 'power' trip. I forsee Peter giving her a well-deserved spanking.
It was cool though to see him whip out Isaac's power. I'd forgotten he had it.
He seemed to intimate though that Matt had the same power he did. And when Matt escaped the nightmare, we saw him do something he'd never done before. He projected his mental words INTO Nathan's mind.
With a lot more practice, will he be capable of trapping people inside their own thoughts?
I'm just waiting for her to go totally Bruce Lee on someone!

I think he was verbally saying them to Nathan and Nathan started to hear him finally, I don't think he was projecting in to Nathan's mind. I also doubt that his Dad was telling the truth about the power being the same, he was saying what he felt would help him do what he did.

Something to consider. The Company knows where Mohinder lives, and they have been watching him for awhile. So they would know about his roommates.
And as we saw back in episode 201, Molly is in the system with Child Protective Services. So we know that Matt and Molly both are living in the open using their real names. Which means that the Company could have grabbed up Molly, or Matt, anytime they wanted.
So the question is, why have the Company left Molly in Mohinder and Matt's care up to this point?

We don't know that for sure. If he can induce nightmares from a distance, he could have killed Kaito and attacked Angela. The illusion-esque quality of the nightmares could also explain why Ando saw the killer - he was induced into the same nightmare that Kaito was.
Right now, the jury is still out, though.
It's morally ambiguous.
But they certainly aren't on the positive side of the line - they kidnap people (Matt, Ted, Nathan, etc), hold them hostage (Sylar), and run all kinds of tests on them. They certainly aren't above killing and dissecting a 'specimen', either (Claude confirmed that fact in Company Man last season). They also commit murder (although no one has actually been taken out yet, there is much discussion about 'securing' dangerous mutants, not to mention that HRG was apparently ordered to kill Claude, and there have been discussions about things that were done in the past).
It also seems that if a mutant survives the 'bagging and tagging', they attempt to turn that mutant into an operative, as they did with Hana and

When she picked up playing the piano, she was just mimicking Micah. It's unlikely that she'd suddenly be able to play a different piece than the one Micah was playing. In any case, whatever she did play would probably be an exact duplicate of the original - including any mistakes or personal quirks.
Extending that, I wonder if she will be able to improvise and combine the various moves that she has seen. The power could be pretty limited in this case. Also, a lot of what is portrayed in movies is not realistic, and she could easily be learning all the wrong moves.
She'd be better off going to the local karate school, watching boxing matches, and attending 'real' sporting events (as opposed to fake televised wrestling) to pick up the moves.
