Anyone had trouble getting an order from HLJ lately? I ordered a kit over a month ago. According to their new online order status, it's in stock and ready to ship, and yet I have heard nothing from them about final order instructions. I requested to pay by money order. I have sent 4 messages to them yet I have not recevied a single reply. I this commonplace for them?
